Shipping Policy
Yon-Ka Paris Ireland are not liable for stolen or missing packages. The customer is responsible for tracking and receiving their order. Yon-Ka Paris Ireland provides (via email) the tracking number from the carrier used to ship the order.
Regular Ground Shipping:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and dispatched via a third-party courier. This delivery time is only an approximation and during busy periods your shipment may take longer.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
For orders under €50 a shipping charge of €5 applies at checkout

Shipping Confirmation Emails:
Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order.
Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends, or on postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. The timeframe for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks it up for delivery.
